Shipping Policy
Welcome to Poke Bruvs! We aim to deliver your Pokémon cards and sealed products quickly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 pm, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are shipped tracked for your peace of mind.

We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 services, depending on the delivery option you select at checkout.

Larger or higher-value orders may be sent via an alternative tracked courier where appropriate.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days

Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–4 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, weather, or busy trading periods (e.g. holidays or new product releases).
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the service selected and the total weight or value of your order.
Free or discounted shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly stated on our website.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the Royal Mail website or any other courier link provided.
6. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us, as Royal Mail may still deliver delayed items.
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refunds Policy.
7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to UK addresses.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order; PokéBruvs cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
