We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
If you purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Sealed Products:
Sealed items such as booster packs, boxes, or sealed products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with. - Single Cards:
Single trading cards must be returned in the exact condition they were received (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.).
Cards showing signs of wear, damage, or handling will not be eligible for a refund. - Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or unsealed trading card products.
- Single cards that have been handled or are not in their original condition.
- Digital or downloadable items (if applicable).
- Gift cards or promotional items.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note that original delivery costs are only refundable if the item was faulty or sent in error.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Poke Bruvs Limited reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
